FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: standard of frequency is intended for application in composition of board equipment. Device comprises two rings of self-tuning. Ring of self-tuning of laser module radiation frequency comprises photo detector, which is connected to generator of control current, arranged in the form of the following serially connected components - inlet electronic switch, unit of synchronous detection and integration and outlet summator. Also reference and control signals are sent to unit of synchronous detection and integration and outlet summator accordingly via generator of reference signal of detection and generator of impulses, connected by inlets to frequency divider. Ring of quartz generator self-tuning comprises generator of impulse radio frequency excitation signal and generator of control voltage, which are connected to quantum discriminator, and also unit for generation of reference and control signals, which is connected to outlet of tuned quartz generator. Both rings of self-tuning of frequency of tuned quartz generator and laser module work in pulse mode, using at the same time gas cell of microwave resonator of quantum discriminator as standard.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of device dimensions and weight, and also level of power consumption, at that stability of characteristics does not change.
