SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to protocol of access control to ultrabroadband environment. For this purpose system, device and method are provided for decentralised control of access to environment, comprising periodical transfers of beacon signals by all active devices in time intervals of beacon signals, grouping of such time intervals into at least one continuous dynamic period of beacon signals and expansion or compression of this at least one continuous dynamic period of beacon signals depending on number of occupied time intervals of beacon signals. Dynamic period of beacon signals is adapted for connection and abandonment of network by devices, and also in case of beacon signals frames collision in medium.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic inefficient usage of medium, which occurs in case of fixed period of beacon signal, allowing at the same time for a large number of devices to participate in network.
