SUBSTANCE: in medium distributed access control protocol, having super-frame (102) broken into intervals, comprising at least one period (104) of beacon signal broken into intervals, which is followed by period (103) of data transfer, system and method are provided for creation and support of several periods (104) of beacon signal in various positions in super-frame (102). By connection to network, communication device either connects to existing period (104) of beacon signal, or creates a new period (104) of beacon signal in position in super-frame (102), which is not imposed onto period (104) of beacon signal or periods of redundancy. Periods (104) of beacon signal mutually protect each other with the help of communication devices that declare neighboring periods of beacon signals in their beacon signals.
