SUBSTANCE: communication device comprises the following components: determination unit to determine whether there is an external device, which did not go through synchronisation tuning; and control unit to actuate control, if there is an external device, so that communication device functions as a device, which sends information of beacon signal for tuning of communication synchronisation timing, and if the external device does not exist, device of communication functions as a device, which does not send information of beacon signal in order to tune timing of communication synchronisation.
