SUBSTANCE: invention is related to communication engineering. In system and method packets of data are sent at least during one interval of time from place of transmission, value is produced from initial value and information, moreover, initial value is function of number of time intervals of packet data transfer, value and information are sent from area of transfer, transferred value and information are received in place of reception, repeatedly value is calculated from received information, and number of data packet transfer time intervals is defined from calculated and repeatedly calculated values. Above mentioned discloses common rules that make it possible to quickly find out the technical substance of suggested invention.
