FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the measurement of morphometric features of fish and the subsequent ranging analysis according to the morhotype. In the first year of life fish is preliminary exposed by stress factor - hypoxia. Hypoxia is carried out by keeping youngs-of-the year in the tank with water, they are isolated from the contact with the water surface layer. Hypoxia is carried out with stocking density 150-300 g/l and water temperature 16-18°C within 3-4 hours to the death of sensitive to stress fish in the quantity 20-25% of the quantity of stocked ones. The fish selection, chosen according survival after stress, is used for ranging analysis.
EFFECT: this process enables to increase efficiency of selection and stock breeding and reduce time for its performance.
