FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to toxicology. In patients with severe degree of poisoning with application of ethanol in complex therapy registration of electric cardiogram in standard lead is carried out. Indices of cardiointervalogram by method of variation pulsometry are calculated in dynamics, and if on the second day of treatment "Мо" grows on more than 4.6 sec; "АМо" decreases on more than 15%, ΔX grows on more than 103 sec; "ИН" decreases on more than 53 conv. units, performed therapy is estimated as adequate.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for estimating adequacy of vegetative homeostasis correction in patients with acute poisoning with cauterising liquids in case of applying ethyl alcohol in treatment.
