FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for practical training of doctors traumatologists, surgeons various technical skills of applying tendon sutures. Training simulator for mastering technical skills of tendon suture consists of supporting platform, made from wooden plate and includes two hollow plastic cylinders fixed on supporting platform. On cylinder surface ellipse-shaped hole imitating operation wound is made. Foam rubber bar with transected in the centre rubber strip is inserted inside the cylinders to imitate injured tendon. Rubber strip is fixed on one of bar surfaces with possibility to turn inside out for control of thread passing, estimation of rubber edge adaptation and for estimation of strength by tension.

EFFECT: mastering various technical skills of tendon suture using device of simple construction imitating real clinical conditions.
