FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for laparoscopic drainage of retroperitoneal tissue in severe acute pancreatitis. At first, laparoscopic dissection of the parietal peritoneum on the right and left along the lateral channels of the abdominal cavity is performed with linear basic incisions that are 15–20 cm long. 3–6 incisions of up to 5 cm long are made, running perpendicularly or at an angle of 45° from the main cut. Then, lavage of the abdominal cavity with antiseptic solutions is carried out. Using five PVC pipes, drainage is performed, these pipes are installed as follows: one pipe – in the right iliac region through a separate contraception into the pelvis, one pipe – in the mesogaster on the right along the right lateral canal, one pipe – in the right hypochondrium to the omental bursa, one pipe – in the left iliac region through a separate contraception into the pelvis, one pipe – in the mesogaster on the left in the lateral canal.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the trauma, to prevent the development of significant adhesive processes.
