FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, and can be used for drainage of lesser sac and retroperitoneal space in pancreatic necrosis. One drain is performed through a foramen of Winslow and placed in a projection of the upper contour of the pancreas, and two other drainages are drawn from the opposite side and laid along the lower and upper contours of the gland. To seal the inlet foramens in the lesser sac to the drainages, the foam-rubber sponge impregnated with a water-soluble ointment is fixed in the form of a cuff. Fixation of ligatures is fixed to the proximal ends of drain tubes, the ends of which are brought out on the anterior abdominal wall through a formed omentobursostoma. Drainages are fixed to skin with ligatures in the form of "snaffle".
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the possibility of the inflammatory process spreading into the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space, creating optimal conditions for drainage, reducing the number of repeated relaparotomies.
