FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, particularly prefabricated syringes, especially with mechanical blocker. Prefabricated syringe with passive blocker in operating condition includes cylinder, long piston rod, cuff, stopper for free axial movement of cuff against piston rod for limitation of distance and application point of forces applied to cuff by piston rod, and blocker. Cylinder includes side wall with inner surface forming cylinder chamber filled with liquid, open rear end, and front end with front wall with hole leading to cylinder chamber. Piston rod includes rear end and open front end with inner surface forming cavity, at least one stopper at inner rod surface close to front end of piston rod, second cavity close to rear end of the first cavity and featuring front and rear ends, contact surface, and at least one discontinuance in the second cavity. Cuff includes sealing element with peripheral surface forming seal with inner cylinder surface, rod directed back from sealing element and featuring rear and front end, at least two stoppers mounted on that rod, second rod directed along axis from rear end of the first rod, featuring rear and front end and at least one surface discontinuance and positioned at least partially inside the second cavity. Blocker includes central part with through hole, at least one console stem directed forward outwards from the central part, and at least one pin directed inside into the through hole. At least one stem features sharpened loose end directed outwards to hook inner surface of the cylinder. Blocker is positioned so as the sharpened end contacts inner surface of piston rod behind at least one stopper in the piston rod. The rod is positioned in through hole of blocker where at least one pin contacts the distant rear stopper of at least two rod stoppers, so that application of force directed back to piston rod with fixated cylinder results in piston rod shift back against the cuff till loose end of console stem moves forward along inner surface of piston rod cavity to at least one stopper in the cavity. Shift limitation unit causes cuff shift backwards along the piston at given distance. Further application of force directed forward to piston rod for fluid discharge from cylinder chamber in forward direction through the hole results in piston rod shift forward along blocker due to hooking to at least two rod stoppers until shift limitation unit causes cuff shift forward together with piston rod for fluid discharge from cylinder chamber. Further, application of force directed backwards to piston rod results in piston rod shift back with loose end of console stem moving forward along inner surface of cavity beyond front end of piston rod, so that at least one given console stem hooks inner surface of cylinder thus preventing reverse shift of cuff, and renders syringe inapplicable for repeated utilisation.
EFFECT: possible setting of piston rod cycle or strokes performed before rod blocking.
