SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction and conversion of coal and potassium chloride. The method of increasing mineral coal and potassium chloride extraction during separation in centrifuges with drum screens consists in adding into a centrifuge separately from raw material 0.005 lbs of active polymer/ton of dry solid centrifugal material to nearly 0.70 lbs of active polymer/ton of dry solid centrifugal material of anionic copolymer selected from the group comprising copolymers of acrylamide, acrylic acid and its known salts.
EFFECT: method enables to coagulate coal and potassium chloride under great shear stress when being centrifugally separated.
