SUBSTANCE: electric filter is suggested for dedusting of waste gases of industrial enterprises in power industry, metallurgy, construction material industry, etc. Electric filter comprises body, hoppers, collecting electrodes and corona-forming electrodes, which consist of tubular frames with tubular horizontal inserts arranged along the whole length of device. Technical result of invention is achieved by reduction of semipassive zone impact, since horizontal inserts are broken in parts and in each level they are displaced up or down in vertical plane of frame relative to each other at the distance from 10 mm to half-distance between inserts of neighboring levels.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of electric filter operation.
