FIELD: motor industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a version of car bumper. Bumper represents a shaped spatial shell form made of polypropylene with opening for fixation to car body. Relative to axis of asymmetry it comprises chrome-plated pad with plane, joined in length L to upper base of bumper by pair of groups comprising three threaded elements, arranged in length L. Extreme threaded elements are rigidly joined with chrome-plated pad, bumper and pair of brackets, which are rigidly connected by threaded elements with the lower base of bumper, and the third threaded element is arranged as hidden, is rigidly fixed by contact welding in centre of chrome-plated pad from the inside and connects the chrome-plated pad with bumper by means of nut and washer. Each shaped end face is arranged with an opening for connection by threaded element with a facet and with spheroidal chrome-plated head, connecting bumper by means of nut and washer having an opening and nut welded to a plane by z-shaped fixing bracket, serving for fixation of shaped end faces to car body and arranged on the side of internal surface of each shaped end face in indents.

EFFECT: possibility to repeatedly use polypropylene wastes, elimination of costly operation for colouring and maximum reduction of mechanical operations.
