FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices for electrochemical water processing and can be applied in obtainment of detergents, decontaminating, sterilising and therapeutic solutions. Device includes at least two electrochemical cells made of vertical coaxial cylinder and rod electrodes with coaxial ultrafiltration diaphragm between electrodes, dividing space between electrodes into electrode chambers, with channels for processed solution feed and discharge to electrode chambers. Processed solution feed line is connected to inlet of negative electrode chamber in first electrochemical cell, the chamber outlet is connected by additional line to inlet of positive electrode chamber of first and second electrochemical cells, the chamber outlet connected by additional line to inlet of negative electrode chamber in second electrochemical cell. Processed solution can be discharged form positive and negative electrode chambers of electrochemical cells. Outlet of negative electrode chamber in first electrochemical cell can also be connected by additional line to inlet of negative electrode chamber in second electrochemical cell, outlet of which is connected by additional line to inlet of positive electrode chamber of first and second electrochemical cells with their outputs connected in parallel.
