FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns novel quinazoline derivatives of formula I and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. In the formula I , n is 1, 2 or 3, each R⁵ is selected independently out of halogen, X¹ is 0; R¹ is selected out of hydrogen and C₁-C₆-alkyl, m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; R² is hydrogen or C₁-C₆-alkyl; and R³ is C₁-C₆-alkyl optionally substituted at hydrogen atom by C₁-C₆alkoxy, amino, C₁-C₆-alkylamino, di-C₁-C₆-alkylamino, or saturated 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring optionally containing heteroatoms selected out of oxygen, sulphur or NR⁸, where R⁸ is hydrogen or C₁-C₆-alkyl, or, together with nitrogen atom to which they are linked, R² and R³ form saturated 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring optionally including additional heteroatoms selected out of oxygen, S, SO or S(O)₂ or NR⁸, where R⁸ is as described above. Also invention claims methods of obtaining compounds pharmaceutical composition and intermediate products.

EFFECT: application as antiproliferative medicine for prevention or treatment of tumours sensitive to EGF and erbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibition.
