FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electric spark alloying of a surface with electrodes from VK-6 or VK-8, or steel 65G, or bronze with application of a layer with thickness of 0.5-2.0 mm. After electric spark alloying a phosphating composition is applied, and the surface is heated with a flame jet with temperature of 650-750°C for 60-120 seconds. Then a prepreg layer is applied by the contact method with thickness of 0.5-3.0 mm, representing a tape from carbon fibres with parallel laying, impregnated with 18-30 % of a binder containing a resin part, representing a mixture of epoxidated aromatic amine (A) and epoxidated phenol-formaldehyde novolac (B) in the ratio of A:B from 95:5 to 60:40 and a hardener - aromatic amine or a mixture of aromatic amines in amount from 25 to 70 wt parts per 100 wt parts of the resin part. Then the prepreg layer is heated with a gas flame jet from a gas flame burner for 80-180 seconds at the jet temperature of 650-750°C.
EFFECT: method provides for application of an antifriction coating having high heat resistance and improved coke formation, which makes it possible to fix heat-resistant carbon fibres.
