Method for foundation enhancing includes digging a ditch, underpinning under foundation enhancing elements along the entire length of foundations sole. Two passable microtunnels are used as enhancing elements. Said microtunnels are constructed by screwing a drilling auger, having a through channel on its axis, into soil under the foundation sole along the entire length, hardening solution is fed along through channel into one of the tunnels, formed behind the end of the screw at its removing. One of tunnels is empty. Filled tunnel is arranged under the sole in the most buried part. Empty tunnel is arranged under the sole in the less buried part.

EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity of tap foundation by eliminating sole list.
