FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for pull-out of holes, for example for hydraulic break of beds (HBB) operated with one well. The hydro-mechanic packer lowered into a well on a flow string consists of a mandrel made in form of two pipes, of sealing elements with a hold-down device, of an upper anchor with a hydraulic drive, and of a lower anchor with a mechanic drive connected to each other with a bayonet joint. The bayonet joint consists of a bushing with slots located in the upper part of the packer; pins arranged on a bushing in the lower part of the packer come into the slots and interact with surfaces of the slots. Two shaped grooves set off at 180° relative to each other are made on side surface of the upper bushing; the upper part of grooves is conjugated with a cut. Unfolded pattern of each of grooves corresponds to working surface for directing the pin into the above said cut; working surface is situated at acute angle to plane of cross section conjugated with lengthwise cut. Its lower working surface is made at angle to plane of cross section of the packer equal to angle of friction of pair of metals interacting details are made out of; also the said angle is directed counter clockwise, if details of the packer are left sided.
