FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: auger-type centrifugal pump comprises housing 16, impeller 2 with hub 3 fitted on shaft 1, and auger 5 fitted on auxiliary shaft 6, fitted to axially move and spring-loaded against pump outlet end face with the help of spring 15 fitted on aforesaid auxiliary shaft 6. Inner chamber 10 accommodating nozzle box 9 and hydraulic turbine wheel 8 is arranged inside hub 3 of impeller 2 coupled, via magnetic coupling 14 with auxiliary shaft 6.
EFFECT: improved anti-cavitation properties.
