FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production. Proposed pump comprises auger 4 and impeller 2 with hub 3 fitted on shaft 1 running in housing 20. Impeller 2 and auger 4 are rigidly coupled with shaft 1. Proposed pump incorporates extra shaft 13 supporting extra auger 5, tapered friction coupling and magnetic coupling 31, hydraulic turbine, automatic device 10 to control load at auger 5, which comprises barrel 12 with spring 11 and internal spring 33. Augers 4, 5 are furnished with sleeves 9 and shrouds 6 with friction linings of friction coupling arranged on shroud outer and inner tapered surfaces. Diffuser 29 and impeller 30 of hydraulic turbine are fitted inside inner chamber 28 of hub 3 of impeller 2. Hydraulic turbine impeller 30 is coupled, via magnetic coupling 31, with extra shaft 13 fitted to axially move and spring-loaded towards face of hub 3 with the help of internal spring 33. Barrel 12 of aforesaid automatic device 10 is locked on shaft 13. Spring 11 of said device is arranged inside barrel 12 to rest, on one side, upon inner face of barrel 12, and, on the other side, upon face of sleeve 9 of extra auger 5 on the side on pump inlet.
EFFECT: better anti-cavitation properties.
