FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: auger-centrifugal pump comprises body and auger with impeller installed on shaft. Upstream auger additional auger is installed, which is arranged with bushing and band. Magnetic clutch is installed between augers on bands. Additional auger is installed with the possibility of axial displacement and is spring-loaded to the end from the side of pump inlet by auger load control device spring, which is installed on shaft. Spring is installed inside sleeve and on one side rests against its internal end, and on the other side - via cover and contact ring - against end of additional auger bush from the side of pump inlet. Magnetic clutch may be arranged as conical and comprise master magnets on auger and slave magnets on additional auger.
EFFECT: improved anti-cavitation properties of pump.
