FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production and can be used in turbopump units in liquid-propellant rocket engines. Proposed pump comprises housing 20 and impeller 2 with hub 3 fitted on shaft 1. Auger 5 is fitted on extra shaft 6 to axially move thereon and loaded towards pump outlet face by spring 19 fitted on said extra shaft 6. Inner chamber 10 is made inside impeller hub 3 to accommodate nozzle box 9 and wheel 8 of hydraulic turbine so that chambers 11, 12 are arranged ahead of nozzle box 9 and behind of impeller 8. The latter is coupled with extra shaft 6 via magnetic coupling 18. Two groups of holes 15, 16 are made in impeller 2 on different diametres. Group 15 communicates chamber 10 of impeller 11 ahead of hydraulic turbine nozzle box, while group 16 is communicated with chamber 12 behind of hydraulic turbine impeller 8. Jets 17 are fitted in either one or both aforesaid groups 15, 16.
EFFECT: improved anti-cavitation properties.
