VIBRATORY TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F16H33/00

Abstract RU 2370694 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibratory transmission comprises inertial pulsed mechanism articulated with driving shaft (13), device to transform oscillatory motion in unidirectional rotation, which is articulated with driven shaft. Inertial pulsed mechanism represents rim (4) consisting of four radial casings (5-8) spaced apart equidistantly. Each radial casing houses two spur gears with eccentric interengaged weights. Device to transform oscillatory motion in unidirectional rotation comprises drum (19) coupled with driven shaft. Rim (4) and central part of radial casings (5-8) seat inside drum (19) to rest upon thrust balls (18) tolling over drum inner races (23). Upper part of radial casings embraces drum outer part to make chambers (24) housing stop balls (25) rolling over drum outer races (22) to interact with inclined covers of radial casings.

EFFECT: higher torque on driven shaft.
