WIND-DRIVEN POWER PLANT Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F03D3/00

Abstract RU 2502892 C1

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant comprises a frame, blades fixed on the upper end of the vertical shaft, a generator of electric current fixed on the frame. The lower end of the vertical shaft is mechanically connected with a master shaft of a step-up reducer, the slave shaft of which is mechanically connected to the shaft of the blade hydraulic pump connected to the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system comprises a tank with a liquid, a hydromotor mechanically connected with the generator of electric current, ball valves with springs to ensure unidirectional rotation of the hydromotor shaft regards of direction of rotation of the vertical shaft with blades connected to each other by pipelines. The hydromotor comprises a body with inlet and outlet nozzles, closed with a cover, inside of which a shaft with a rotor is installed, comprising discs with central holes installed on the shaft on the key one next to each other. Discs are pressed to each other and fixed with a ring with a pin. On the front end surface of each disc turned towards the cover there is an external channel, and when the discs are pressed to each other, it turns into an internal channel. This channel is a semicircumference of rectangular cross section, which has a bottom at the left, the right end of which is connected with the rectilinear channel of the same section. The section opens to the side surface of the disc, the opposite walls of which are identical in length and width and are accordingly equal in area. The channels of the subsequent disc are displaced relative to channels of the previous disc by 90 degrees, and the number of discs is not limited and multiple to four. The generator of electric current is made as three-phase AC with a rectification device and an excitation winding on the rotor. Besides, the outlet of the rectification device is connected to accumulator batteries, from which energy arrives to consumers, and its part arrives to supply the winding of excitation of the electric current generator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for higher energy quantity and higher efficiency factor.
