SUBSTANCE: invention relates to warning of population. Complex includes vehicle. Box body accommodates laser lighting installation, diesel generator, server unit, sound amplifiers, video surveillance means, those of radiation and chemical control, communication and data transmission, and air-conditioning system. Laser installation is mounted on retractable beam with rotary platform and furnished with vertical inclination drive to allow varying the angle of inclination to horizon from 0° to 45°. Laser installation is designed to display character-digit, statistical and dynamic images. Video surveillance and data transmission units are connected, via server unit, with aforesaid laser installation.
EFFECT: reduced time of warning.
