Box body accommodates laser lighting installation, diesel generator, server unit, sound amplifiers, video surveillance means, those of radiation and chemical control, communication and data transmission, and air-conditioning system. Laser installation is mounted on retractable beam with rotary platform and furnished with vertical inclination drive to allow varying the angle of inclination to horizon from 0° to 45°. Laser installation is designed to display character-digit, statistical and dynamic images. Video surveillance and data transmission units are connected, via server unit, with aforesaid laser installation.

EFFECT: reduced time of warning.
