FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to space engineering, in particular to mirror antennas with deployable large-size reflector of umbrella type. Umbrella antenna consists of radiator and deployable reflector, including central unit, power carcass fixed to it and arranged in the form of spokes, being mechanically connected to network web via shaping structure, arranged in the form of cords and restraining threads, and net installed in the opposite side from reflector opening on shaping structure. Technical result is achieved by the fact that jackets are placed on spokes, and net is made in the form of screens installed between two neighboring spokes and made of elstic thin material with low electric conductivity. Through free cells of screens have lower size compared to minimum possible size of cord and restraining thread section. Each screen with its one radial border zone is glued to surface of a specific spoke jacket, and with its other radial border zone is connected by means of sticky clutch to external surface of neighboring screen border zone.
EFFECT: improved reliability of reflector opening.
