FIELD: means of communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field access and monitoring instruments of the distributed control system, and namely to the search system of unprocessed data from the primary converter, and that system uses wireless transreceivers. By means of radio communication, the field instruments supply unprocessed data and the secondary information to the database of the network communication system by means of a control unit. As per process parametres, the unprocessed data is stored together with the secondary information in the database. "Virtual transmitter" application evaluates by means of software tools the certain unprocessed data of the field instrument as per process parametres, and gives out the measured value in compliance with the process parametres. After the request the "virtual transmitter" application gives out the displayed signals and transmits the displayed signals by means of radio communication to the chosen field instrument.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of the system and the method of radio communication between field instruments and the control unit in the distributed control system.
