FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique for storing and batching of powder materials prone to bridging and channeling in feed-bins with screw unloading. The device contains body with loading nozzle and unloading nozzle. Inside the body, movable bridge-breaking device is fitted. The bridge-breaking device is made as resilient rod which is pivotally mounted in upper part of body and is connected by its upper portion with tensioner. Lower portion of rod is inserted into screwed closure of screw and is pressed against side surface of unloading nozzle which surface faces unloading nozzle of screw body.
EFFECT: invention provides breakage of powder material bridge for uninterrupted and even batching due to use of screw's drive energy to implement rod wobbling movement in dense layer of powder material with consequent abrupt relaxational return of rod to initial position due to its resilient tension regulated by tensioner.
