SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components. Orange peels is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. It is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Chicory is fried. Barley and rye grains are fried. Chicory, barley and rye grains are mixed. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: production of flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
