FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely cardiosurgery. Valve prosthesis is implanted to the patient in tricuspid position with using marking and reinforcing suturing with suture filament delivered along the true fibrous ring in a projection of anterior and posterior cusps of tricuspid valve and in apical direction at 5 mm from the true fibrous ring in a projection of septal cusp. The stitches out of tissue are of length 0.5-1.0 mm, and those at a depth of 3.0-3.5 mm are of length 4-5 mm. Then filaments are tightened, suturing is fastened with forming a bearing ring in the form of a corrugated epicordial line. Then a prosthesis braiding is fixed thereto with the needle when stuck in to be delivered under the filament of the first marking and reinforcing suturing with grasping the filament underlying epicardium.

EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of damage or deformation of cardiac conduction paths, reducing time of myocardial ischemia and artificial blood circulation.
