FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicines, particularly powder drug form for application in dry powder inhalator. Powder includes microparticles consisting of active component particles, that is, 8-hydroxy-5-[(1R)-1-hydroxy-2-[[(1R)-2-(4-metoxyphenyl)-1-methylethyl]amino]ethyl-2(1H)-quinolinon or its salt, and microparticles of physiologically acceptable monohydrate α-lactose filler, where: mean weight diametre of microparticles varies from 2 to 15 mcm; and weight diametre (WD) of at least 10% of microparticles exceeds 0.5 mcm; as well as additional filler containing fine carrier fraction with mean weight diametre under 35 mcm consisting of α-lactose monohydrate and magnesium stearate, and rough carrier fraction with mean weight diametre over 90 mcm consisting of α-lactose monohydrate with weight diametre within 212 to 355 mcm, and magnesium stearate. Additionally the invention claims methods of obtaining claimed powder drug form.
EFFECT: powder form with improved properties.
