METHOD FOR REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH VIBRATION DISEASE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61H33/02

Abstract RU 2773413 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to physiotherapy in the system of rehabilitation of patients with manifestations of vibration disease. In the position of the patient lying on his stomach, the impact is carried out with an output electrode from the electrostatic massage apparatus "ELGOS" on the cervical-collar zone for 5 minutes with a frequency of 140 Hz. Then 3 minutes with a frequency of 60 Hz and then for 2 minutes with a frequency of 16 Hz, for a course of 10 procedures. The area of the shoulder joints is affected: if one joint is affected, it is affected daily, if two joints are affected, they are affected alternately a day on one joint, gradually reducing the frequency from 60 to 40 Hz for 4-6 minutes at each frequency, for a course of treatment based on 10 procedures for each affected joint. After 30-40 minutes, the patient in a sitting position additionally receives an infusion therapy procedure from the INFITA-M apparatus in a non-contact way from a distance from the eyes to the modulating membrane of 25 cm, with a frequency of 30-40-57 Hz for 3-5-9 minutes, respectively, per course 10 procedures. After 2-4 hours, the patient receives a general radon bath or a four-chamber radon bath for the extremities in case of concomitant heart disease, the radon concentration is 40 nCi/l. Water temperature 36°С, bath time 10 minutes, for a course of 10 procedures performed daily.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment in the rehabilitation of the VD.
