FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and provided for receiving of powder of activated aluminium, used in the capacity of energy additive in different compositions. Powder allows mass content of activated aluminium 94-95%, aluminium oxide - 5-6%, its hygroscopic property is 3.0-3.5%, moisture adsorption 5.1-5.5%, rate of oxidation characteristic more than 90%. In the capacity of initial powder material it is used fine-dispersed aluminium of grade "АСД"-6. Material is activated in high-speed powder-gas stream. Additionally it is implemented separation of coarse grain in centrifugal force field of classifier, withdrawal of small fraction fines by gas stream and recirculation of material in bin. Device for receiving of powder contains bin, nozzle for feeding of compressed gas, located in bottom part flared section of bin and outfitted by pressure regulator, centrifugal classifier, located on axis of bin in its top part and implemented with ability of rotor rotation, withdrawal nozzle of powder-gas stream in top part of bin.
EFFECT: increasing of oxidation rate, reduction of hygroscopic property and adsorption property of powder.
