FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry for manufacturing of peeled veneer and, particularly to equipment for wood tempering in manufacturing of veneer and match. Pool for wood temper, includes steam-curing chamber with removable cover, supply pipelines of warmed water and its bleeding. On longitudinal walls of pool there are implemented traps with locks in fours for each cover, and supply pipelines of warmed water and its bleeding are located in opposite angles of pool bias and covered by enclosure. Removable cover in the form of metal plate of square form, consisting of frame, includes crossbeams and crossbars, covered from above by flitch plate. Bottom crossbeams are located at the bottom of parallel crossbeam and are located inside the pool crosswise the treated beams, forming located in parallel projections, and bottom crossbeams form end projections for installation and fixation in traps of pool. Bottom crossbeams from above are outfitted by vertical and inclined poles, forming enclosure with two parallel top crossbeams, which are connected at center by top crossbeam. Method of wood tempering includes filling by wood of steam-curing chamber, installation of removable cover on opening of pool and feeding into pool of water of required temperature with keep during the tempering of particular level of water, which is kept by feeding into pool of water of required temperature and breeding of it from the pool. Temperature and direction of warming are defined by tabular data, and after tempering it is stopped feeding of water into pool, it is lifted removable cover and there are extracted treated logs. After installation of removable cover it is fixed to the pool and then it is implemented feeding into pool of water of required temperature into one of corners of steam-curing chamber from below up to level of bottom crossbeams of cover, forming bottom plane of removable cover, and water withdrawal is implemented from the opposite corner of pool, located bias. After wood tempering and stopping of water feeding into pool it is implemented water withdrawal from pool up to level of guaranteed pressure relief of treated charged logs from crossbeams of removable cover, after what it is implemented it lifting for extraction of treated logs.
EFFECT: reduction of are, lifted for process of wood tempering at rising of performance attributes of pool, particularly usage of all volume of pool at guaranteed sinkage, and also simplification and improvement of service.
