FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of composite armature making with periodical profile. Method for making of composite armature includes thermal treatment of fibers bundle, shaping of transverse profile and polymerisation of binder in heat chambers. Shaping and winding of transverse profile is done in four stages. At the first stage flat or figured web is shaped by pulling of fibres bundle through matrix with a slot channel. At the second stage a cylindrical profile of armature is shaped by pulling of fibers bundle trough matrix with cylindrical channel. At the third stage an armature profile is shaped by means of helical winding of the first winding cord. At the fourth stage an armature profile is finished by means of helical winding of the second winding cord. At the same time winding with the second winding cord is done in direction opposite to the first one, and pitch and angle of the second cord winding are not equal to pitch and angle of the first winding cord winding.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of composite armature making process, and also improved quality of manufactured armature.
