FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process line for manufacturing grid reinforcement from composite reinforcement includes holder with bobbins of rovings, straightening device, annealing chamber, dipping bath with tension device, squeezing device, forming assembly, spiral winding device, polymerisation chambers, pulling mechanism, cutting assembly, grid forming assembly which is located after spiral winding devices and consists of conveyor, loading mechanism of longitudinal and transverse pins of grid, and pressing device of cross points.

EFFECT: proposed process line allows obtaining grid reinforcement from composite reinforcement by means of automated method, which has good physical mechanical properties and high degree of adhesion to the concrete.
