FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for manufacturing reinforcing elements for reinforcing conventional and prestressed building structures and can be used in chemical, metallurgical, heat power, construction industry, machine building, food and other industries, where it is necessary to obtain materials with specified properties and improved characteristics. Method of manufacturing rod products includes, when the material is continuously moved by a pulling device, impregnation of fibers with a binder (for example, epoxy resin), formation of the flock of fibers and its compaction. When the fibers are impregnated and the flock is formed, the crossed electric and magnetic fields and a standing electromagnetic wave act on the product material being processed. Then, the surface of the product is modified by a corona discharge. After that the product is routed to heat treatment with polymerization. When carrying out heat treatment with polymerization, the structural components of the product material are again affected by a standing wave generated by the vortex-wave resonance, created by a system for producing fields, including various types of waveguides. Resulting product is then cooled.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of the method according to the invention consists in providing the possibility of changing the properties of the materials to be processed in the specified ranges by means of a multiparameter mode of action on the material being processed, taking into account its properties, and in obtaining products with specified properties.
