Device covers integral arrangement of the engine, i.e. generator and DC-to-AC converter, and comprises section of aforesaid converter and that of engine. Proposed device comprises housing designed to accommodate aforesaid sections as integrated assembly unit.
EFFECT: ruling out emission of converter noises.
