SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device of hybrid transport facility control. Proposed device comprises first and second motors, power accumulator, first and second control units for first and second motors, communication channel for data exchange between first and second control units, estimation unit and unit to control electric power balance. Estimation unit serves to estimate first motor input/output power simultaneously with second motor input/output power. Electric power balance control unit serves to limit the sum of input/output power of first and second motors in preset power range. Proposed control method comprises estimating input/output power of first and seconds motors, limiting the sum of input/output power of first and second motors in preset power range.

EFFECT: high efficiency control over electric power balance.
