SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE fuel systems. Fuel tank has neck with cup furnished with filter screen and drain plug, flexible jointed with the help of spring-loaded yoke and rod to float. Tank guides accommodate two different-floatability floats. First, higher-floatability, float is flexibly linked up with spring-loaded yoke interacting with previously mentioned barrel with filter screen. The latter seats in square-section sleeve rigidly fixed on tank top wall. Second, lower-floatability, float is flexibly linked up, on its one side, with spring-loaded rod, in contact with drain plug and seating in the like square-section sleeve rigidly fixed on tank bottom wall. Second float other side is linked up, via compression spring, with tank bottom wall.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, ruling out unauthorised drain of fuel from fuel tank.
