FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE fuel feed systems widely used in trucks, tractors and construction machinery. Proposed fuel tank comprises housing 1, filler 2 with filtration screen 4, drain plug 19 and float 11 interacting with control levers 7, 8 with clips 6 that lock filtration screen and drain plug 19. Three slots 10, 13 are arranged on outer surface of float 11 at 90° to each other. Slot 13 is made parallel to vertical axis of symmetry of float 11, while slots 10 are located at an angle to said axis. Slot 14 accommodates vertical rod 14 with its end secured to fuel tank bottom. Slots 10 accommodate levers 7, 8 loaded by compression spring 12. One ends of levers 7, 8 are furnished with clips 6 interacting with thrust 5 of filtration screen 4, the other ends being hinged to fuel tank bottom. Bell crank 8 has its second arm 15 coupled with L-like rod 16 that stays in through hole 17 of drain plug case 18.
EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability prohibiting unauthorised fuel bleeding.
