FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fuel supply systems of internal combustion engines widely used in designs of off-track and rail transport vehicles. Fuel tank consists of a capacity with a neck and a float connected to fixing devices of the filtering net and drain plug. Float is equipped with one central channel coinciding with its longitudinal symmetry axis with the long-stroke thread cut therein and contacting the vertical mating fixed screw and two peripheral channels. In the channels there located with a gap are square-section racks changing over to horizontal curves areas of the pin of circular section, which are located in a movable way in similar guides installed on the capacity walls; at that, one of the ends is equipped with a curved fork interacting with the circular slot of the neck filtering net, and the other one - with the curved pin interacting with the hole made in the drain plug body.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device and improving its reliability in order to prevent unauthorised fuel takeoff from fuel tank.
