SUBSTANCE: device for preparing milk through an integrated washing system contains a tank (12, 14) for storing milk located in a cooling block (10), a pump (18), a line system containing a milk suction line (16), through which the tank (12, 14) is provided with the ability to connect to the pump (18), an outlet line (22), through which the pump (18) is provided with the ability to connect to the outlet (24), and a flushing line (42), an air volume regulator (28), by which air can be carried through the air supply line (26) in a dosed manner to the inlet point into the milk suction line (16), and the heating element (34), designed as a flow-through heater, located in the outlet line (22), with the second check valve (32) and the first check valve (30) located in the air supply line (26) between the air volume regulator (28) and the inlet point into the milk suction line (16), the air supply line (26) is provided with a connection between the first check valve (30) and the second check valve (32) to the flushing line (42) through the valve (44), and the flushing line (42) is provided with the possibility of connecting to the milk suction line (16) through the flushing valve (40) in front of the pump, and in the outlet line (22) a manifold valve (23) is located, selectively connecting the outlet line (22) to the nozzle (25) for discharging the flushing fluid and the outlet (24), to which the prepared liquid can be distributed. A method for washing the device (1) for preparing milk using the inventive integrated washing system is also described.
