FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: strengthening method of rocks massif 1 includes installation of areas and zones of rocks, subject to strengthening, assessment of its physical-mechanical properties, drilling around of zones by wells 3 and introduction of substances, oxidative react to each other. At assessment of physical-mechanical properties is defined thermal conductivity, sintering temperature and period of its cooling-down, drilled well bores 3 are outfitted by thermal elements with predetermined thermal and energy parametres, providing at its operation temperature which is not less than sintering temperature of rocks. Location and number of wells 3 is selected by thermal conductivity of rocks for providing of sintering of rocks in volume of strengthen section 4, herewith driving continues after reduction of temperature of massif 1 up to normal level. In the capacity of thermite elements there are used capsules with thermite fuel or other, excluding carrying out of treated rocks wellhead or borehole.

EFFECT: increase of effectiveness and safety of strengthening of rocks massif in conditions of watered and incompetent rocks, and in areas of increased pressure.
