FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: for investigation and/or operation into forcing, piezometric or producing well it is pulled down underground packaging, consisting of pipe string, outfitted higher layers and between layers by packer. Lower and higher the packer there are pulled down at least one downhole chamber with detachable element (DE) in the form of controller - adapter with back valve or without it for feeding of working substance or indicator- tracer or chemical solution, or in the form of blind plug for cut off of layer, or in the form of bottomhole apparatus (BA) with adapter or without it for movement or cutting of flow and measurement of physical data of layers. Into all borehole chambers by means of wire-line technique there are installed DE for cutting of layers from chamber of pipe string and are moulded underground packaging for tightness by means of establishment at mouth of excessive pressure inside the pipe string. At the presence of packaging tightness for cutting off and survey, one layer, it is outfitted on depth, at least, one downhole chamber DE in the form of BA. Additionally it is installed on depth of others or other layer for pumping of working substance or mining of fluid, at least, into down hole chamber DE in the form of regulator - adapter or BA with adapter, or it is left without DE. It is start up bottomhole for pumping or mining at the same or different mouth and/or bottom-hole pressure and, appropriately, registered, by means of DE in the form of BA, at least, bottom-hole pressure at time Pbottom=f(t) for cut off layer, and then it is extracted DE in the form of BA from corresponding down hole chamber. There are interpreted registrations of BA and is defined pressure drawdown curve or pressure transient and, appropriately, physical data, of at least one cut off layer, corresponding as time of shut down, as time of operation, by at least one of other open layers. There are compared two values to each other for cut off layer, corresponding as shut down time, as and operation time of others or other open layer. By rate of change of bottom-hole pressure by cut off layer there are diagnosed lack or presence of hydrodynamic connection (HC) between near-bottom areas of bottom layers, appearing in consequence of leakage of packer or packers, or cement bridging in behind-the-casing space, or presence of interstratal overflow. After that it is pumped one-time or periodically into layers, where there are absence HC, indicator - tracer, for registration of it at outlet of producing wells and definition of physical properties of layers for precision of designing of injection well duty. There are gathered characteristics of DE in the form controller - adapter on the basis of results of hydrodynamic researches for achievement of design consumptions or yields by layers and, they are installed into down hole chambers for corresponding layers, after what it is implemented optimal pumping of working substance by layers or mining of fluid from layers of well.

EFFECT: increasing of researches reliability and efficiency of operation technology.
