FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: vibration control system has measurement units, analogue inputs of which are connected to outputs of corresponding sensors which are connected into a group which corresponds to the unit of the monitored device. Network outputs of the measuring units are connected by network pipes to a computer through a network adapter. Alarm signal outputs of the measurement units are connected to the protection signal bus of the monitored device. Each measuring unit has a group of auxillary analogue inputs and outputs, which are connected to outputs and inputs of neighbouring measurement units, respectively, and also has auxillary logic inputs and outputs, which are connected to logic outputs and inputs of neighbouring measurement units, respectively. Due to use of the said cross connections between channels, there is reserved data processing from the group of sensors and generation of protective switch-off signals with high reliability. Synchronisation inputs of the measurement units are connected to the output of the synchronisation sensor, and auxilliary outputs of the serial interface of measurement units are connected to an auxilliary interface bus, which is connected to the auxilliary input of the computer, the output of which is the auxilliary output of the protection signal of the device.

EFFECT: more reliable transmission of protective switch-off signal due to reservation of transmission channels and generation of such signals.
