SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the security and fire alarm system. System comprises the data transmission module (1), at least one sensors module (12), controller (2), control module (3), security and fire alarm panel (5), at least one voice device (7a), passive line amplifier (8) and active line amplifier (9), gas analyzer (10), communication channel (11), which provides communication and data transfer between the above. Data transmission module (1) is configured to read the addressable devices status and control the addressable devices by means of the communication channel (11) via the control module (3). Data transmission module (1) is configured to communicate via the passive (8) line amplifier with the voice device (7a) and manual security and fire control panel (5), which, in turn, are connected to the control module (3). Sensor module (12) is connected to the communication channel via at least the active line amplifier (9). Gas analyzer (10) is configured to transmit data over the communication channel (11) on the of the air environment state and the alarm signals generation, and is connected to the second voice device (7b).

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling possibility of the facility state monitoring, including its fire safety degree, on which the disclosed system is installed.
