SUBSTANCE: method of services transmission of multimedia broadcasting / multicasting (MBMS) contains following steps: Radio Network Controller (RNC) received indication, directed by Core Network (CN) to open service session of MBMS, and specified RNC selects one of modes - "point - multiple points" PTM or "point-point" PTP - in the capacity of mode of services transmission, for services transmission of MBMS into each cell, belonging to this RNC in compliance with characteristics of services of MBMS, workload of each cell, interferences between cells, indication to the transmission mode, directed CN, or beforehand established interconnection.
EFFECT: cost reduction of the system.
