SUBSTANCE: channel with selected pass band of the channel is chosen, signal is received via mutually used channel, evaluation of energy of the main channel and evaluation of energy of the auxiliary channel is calculated, interference is detected in response to evaluation of energy of the main channel and evaluation of energy of the auxiliary channel; at that, via the sharable channel there received are messages from the first remote station in order to announce the decreased pass band for the basic service set (BSS) connected in an associative manner to the first remote station, and the pass band of the second BSS is decreased in the sharable channel when the received message announces the decreased pass band for the first BSS.

EFFECT: distribution of pass band for effective use of the joint spectrum, for determining interference or collisions to other systems or repeated development in alternative range of frequencies when interferences have been detected.
